{"id":3061,"date":"2021-05-21T11:40:57","date_gmt":"2021-05-21T09:40:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.youween.eu\/article-3\/"},"modified":"2021-08-26T16:17:30","modified_gmt":"2021-08-26T14:17:30","slug":"important-involve-young-women-green-entrepreneurship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.youween.eu\/it\/important-involve-young-women-green-entrepreneurship\/","title":{"rendered":"Why is it so important to involve young women in green entrepreneurship?"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our First <strong>Coaching Circles Session<\/strong>, staff and youth workers of YOU WEEN identified what young women can bring to the table in green entrepreneurship, rural enterprise and sustainability, such as:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Equity for All<\/li>\r\n<li>Female Perspectives and New Ideas<\/li>\r\n<li>Modernising and Dismantling Patriarchal Systems<\/li>\r\n<li>Diversity and Inclusion<\/li>\r\n<li>Better work-life balances<\/li>\r\n<li>Government and public sector support for change<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><br \/>In other words, what <strong>women can bring to the table is unlimited<\/strong>!<br \/>Some young women, already involved in YOU WEEN, have started to prove just how valuable, hopeful and motivating it is to have women supporting women in green entrepreneurship, stating:<br \/>\u201c<em>I\u2019m honored to be at the forefront of change alongside other inspirational women, to improve capabilities and skills, for a brighter and more ecological future\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Aside from women supporting women, youth becoming part of the unfolding<strong> green economy has a beneficial impact on the social and economic situation<\/strong> of young people but also on the protection of our natural environment.
