YOU_WEEN! Project will realize a European Virtual Interactive Network and a Platform that will be available in English.
Thanks to the platform and the creation of innovative content, the youth workers can better ICT competencies.

The use of the platform in order to follow the activities through blended learning.
At the end of the project they will have:

• Improved competences in non-formal training methodologies;
• Improved communication, interpersonal and foreign language skills;
• Improved ICT competences;
• Experience in leading youth group in sustainable grass-roots projects.

Moreover, during the project, there will be a series of innovative „green-challenges” for the communities represented by the Young women, promoted through the platform and connected to the thematic days of sustainability, such as the Earth Day, the World Water Day, the Commission’s sustainable energy Week. The challenges are designed in order to get the participants and the local communities involved in the project.

At the end of the project, as tangible results, YOU_WEEN! will have produced:

• 14 educational training videos (translated and sub headed in English and partners languages)
• 1 Virtual Interactive Network and platform (in English)
